Gangbare palletmaten zijn 48&#8243;x40&#8243; en 42&#8243;x42&#8243;, maar er zijn ook andere maten verkrijgbaar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 2<\/strong>: De pallet voorbereiden<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Zorg ervoor dat de pallet in goede staat is en vrij van beschadigingen of uitstekende spijkers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Reinig de pallet om verontreiniging van producten te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 3<\/strong>: De lay-out plannen<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Voordat je begint met inpakken, moet je plannen hoe je de producten op de pallet gaat rangschikken. Houd rekening met de grootte, het gewicht en de breekbaarheid van de voorwerpen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Bepaal de ori\u00ebntatie (verticaal of horizontaal) van de producten op basis van stabiliteit en ruimtegebruik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 4<\/strong>: Stapelstrategie<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Gebruik een stabiele basislaag door zwaardere en stevigere spullen op de bodem te leggen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Verdeel het gewicht gelijkmatig over de pallet om kantelen of omvallen tijdens transport te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 5<\/strong>: Goed inpakken en vastzetten<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Gebruik rekfolie, krimpfolie of omsnoeringsband om de producten op de pallet vast te zetten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Wikkel meerdere lagen rond de lading om een stabiele eenheid te cre\u00ebren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 6<\/strong>: Houd rekening met productoverhang<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Vermijd productoverhang aan de randen van de pallet, omdat dit kan leiden tot schade of instabiliteit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 7<\/strong>: Verdelers en tussenlagen gebruiken<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Plaats verdelers of tussenlagen (bijv. kartonnen vellen, slipvellen) tussen lagen producten om stabiliteit te bieden en items te beschermen tegen beschadiging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 8<\/strong>: Strategisch stapelen<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Stapel dozen of items dicht op elkaar om de ruimte optimaal te benutten en verspilling te minimaliseren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Wees voorzichtig met het stapelen van voorwerpen als ze instabiel worden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 9<\/strong>: Gewichtsverdeling<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Verdeel het gewicht gelijkmatig over de pallet om te voorkomen dat \u00e9\u00e9n kant overbelast raakt, wat kan leiden tot defecten aan de pallet of onbalans tijdens transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 10:<\/strong> Label<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Label de pallet met essenti\u00eble informatie zoals productnamen, hoeveelheden, behandelingsinstructies en bestemmingsgegevens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 11<\/strong>: Kwaliteitscontrole<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Inspecteer de ingepakte pallet op problemen zoals overhangende items, losse verpakking of onstabiele stapeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 12<\/strong>: Test op stabiliteit<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Voer een stabiliteitstest uit door zachtjes met de pallet te schommelen om te controleren of de lading goed vastzit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 13<\/strong>: Laadvolgorde<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Als je meerdere pallets in een vrachtwagen of container laadt, plan dan de volgorde om de ruimte optimaal te benutten en veilig te kunnen lossen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 14<\/strong>: Documentatie<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Houd de inhoud van elke pallet nauwkeurig bij, dit helpt bij het traceren en beheren van de inventaris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 15<\/strong>: Veiligheidsmaatregelen<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Zorg voor veiligheidsmaatregelen bij het hanteren en verplaatsen van pallets, inclusief het gebruik van de juiste apparatuur zoals vorkheftrucks of palletvijzels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Stap 16<\/strong>: Naleving<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Voldoe aan branchespecifieke voorschriften en richtlijnen voor het verpakken van pallets, vooral als u gevaarlijke of gereguleerde materialen verwerkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Een goede palletverpakking helpt niet alleen bij een effici\u00ebnt gebruik van de ruimte, maar garandeert ook de veiligheid van uw producten tijdens het transport en de opslag.
